week 30

This week the bad news was a severe storm which resulted in a lot of damage in Muskoka, and no hydro power in many areas for days. The good news was the sky as the storm cleared in the evening. It was fabulous! The top of this old seventy foot tall White Pine tree was dwarfed by the massive tower of roiling clouds which were lit from within by warm light. Happily it was still standing; many other beautiful mature trees were knocked over by the fierce wind.
