week 31

It had just stopped raining at the cottage and I was lying on the couch, reading. Looking up I could see part of a tall pine tree through the rain splattered skylight. I also noticed that many pine needles had dropped from the tree and were stuck to the wet glass. After photographing it, I cropped out the entire skylight frame to remove any context and create a sense of ambiguity.
