week 17

While I was I was photographing some bare trees against a patch of blue sky, I noticed the configuration of clouds nearby. There were distinct and regular bars of white and blue. I recomposed and waited for a few minutes until the bands moved directly behind the top of the trees, making sure that the area of branches had a solid expanse of cloud directly behind before I made the photograph. I liked the contrast of the spikey, random lines of the trees against the regular yet soft shapes of blue and white.
